      The Institute for Innovation and Trend Research is the official Center for Value Analysis in Austria. It is through DI Dr. techn. Manfred Ninaus at the ETUC (European Governing Board for the European Value Management Training and Certification System) contributes to the further development of training and certification Standards of Value Management.<\/p>

      Aims of Value Management<\/strong><\/p>

      Generating innovations and meeting changing customer needs makes high demands on the efficiency, effectiveness and flexibility of companies, service providers and institutions. It is possible to distinguish between value analysis and value management. The aim of the value analysis methodology is to develop a set of required methods, tools and workflows. provide schemas for the execution of efficiency and innovation projects. The approach here is the concrete project implementation. The term value management have the holistic consideration of the factors \u201cmethodical approach\u201d, \u201chuman behavioral \u201cleadership styles\u201d and \u201corganizational environment\u201d.
